Candice Hunt

Candice Hunt is the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Leadacy, where she leads the firm’s vision for leadership development, learning design, and executive coaching.

Candice Hunt is the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Leadacy, where she leads the firm’s vision for leadership development, learning design, and executive coaching.

With more than a decade of experience in talent development, Candice has helped organizations navigate complex change and scale their leadership capabilities. She played a key role in designing and leading the team integration strategy for the largest credit union merger in U.S. history, aligning leaders, systems, and culture during a period of significant transformation. Her work has been featured in TD Magazine.

Candice is known for building leadership experiences that actually change how people show up, not just what they know. She has spent her career designing high-impact programs, coaching leaders, and creating learning environments that are engaging, honest, and immediately applicable. Her background in education shaped her belief that development should be practical, challenging, and rooted in real-world application, not theory.

She partners with organizations across industries to strengthen leadership pipelines, develop first-time managers, and build cultures where people and performance grow together.

A dedicated advocate for the talent development community, Candice served eight years on the board of the Capital Region Association for Talent Development and now supports chapters nationwide as a National Advisor.

Candice holds a B.A. from Siena College and an M.Ed. from Boston College. Outside of work, you’ll find her traveling, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with her dog, Ellie.

Graig Carbino is the Co-Founder and President of Leadacy, where he leads client partnerships, revenue strategy, and the firm’s HR, recruiting, and organizational consulting work.

With a background in human resources, talent acquisition, and people strategy, Graig works with organizations to solve complex people challenges and build the systems that actually make businesses run: talent, structure, and accountability. He is known for helping leaders cut through noise, get aligned, and put practical solutions in place that drive real results.

At Leadacy, Graig leads fractional HR engagements, executive and professional recruiting, and advisory work across HR technology, workforce planning, and organizational design. He partners closely with executives navigating growth, change, or transformation, bringing clarity to what can often feel messy and misaligned behind the scenes.

Graig brings a direct, business-minded approach to people strategy. His focus is simple: align talent, systems, and leadership so organizations operate more effectively and the people inside them can do their best work.

He is passionate about building organizations where expectations are clear, leadership is strong, and people can actually perform at their best.
